Shippings & Returns

The Customer has the right to return from the purchase within 14 days upon presentation of valid proof of purchase (for purchases in physical store) or order number (for purchases on www.heatandbrew.dk). The Return period expires 14 days after the day the products were delivered to the Customer. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to inform about the use of the right of return before the withdrawal period expires. The products must be unopened to be returned; if they are opened, the Customer bears the return costs, and the goods will be sent back to the Customer. When returning, the customer must send the product(s) back at their own expense, ensure business delivery. Include order number/Name/Phone number and return in the original packaging. If other packaging is used, it is the Customer’s responsibility, and if the goods are damaged during return, it is the Customer’s own responsibility and Philip Morris reserves the right to reject the return on that basis.
